1.     What are the benefits of Hypnosis?
 
Hypnosis can be of relevant value as it has therapeutic applications for both psychological and psychosomatic disorders. Apart from this it is effective tool in improving performance interpersonal attraction, health, confidence, creativity, overcoming bad habits, addictions, phobias, developing positive attitudes, developing concentration, actually it is a healing art.
 
2.     How does Hypnotherapy work out?
 
Hypnosis is a state of mind characterized by a lightened receptivity to suggestion such a state is reached by first relaxing the body, then shifting attention away from the external environment towards a narrow range of objects or ideas as suggested by the Hypnotherapies. The body is released from conscious control, during the relaxed state of mind.
For example, a person who consciously wants to overcome his fear of blood may try everything he consciously can to do, but will still fail as his subconscious mind retains the fear. The fear will be abolished by reprogramming the subconscious with the help of past hypnotic suggestion under hypnotic trance.
 
3.     Can people with strong will power be hypnotized?
 
Intelligent people can be Hypnotized faster left brain people go in to hypnosis faster than right brain ones. Writers, artists and other involved in creative activities seem to be unusually skilled at achieving a deep trance state faster. The only one who can’t be hypnotized are those incapable of co-operating or those who choose but to co-operate.
 
4.     Can hypnosis be used to make one remember an incident in his/her life?
 
Yes, under hypnosis subconscious mind is activated. So the incidents that exist in subconscious mind will be remembered.
 
5.     What are the qualities of a good Hypnotist?
 
A person skilled in the art of inducing trance in another is called hypnotist. A good hypnotist is self regulated person. He is willing to help others. He is blended with empathy and sympathy towards human being.
 
6.     What are the side effects of hypnosis?
 
Hypnosis itself generally has no side effects. After a short time, in a trance state the candidates will usually emerge feeling very rested and refreshed. Therapeutic hypnosis is based on the fact that the body is inextricably linked with the mind.
